A great way to learn about the city and eat delicious treats. Our guide knew the history inside out and the food kept coming. We would do the street-food and history walk again in a heartbeat.

Silvia gave clear explanations of the historic sites, coordinated the food well and was mindful of everyone's allergies. The tastings were so generous we skipped dinner afterwards.

Our guide had skip-the-line tickets for the convent bakery, so we avoided the wait and the cannoli were the best I have ever tasted. Arancina, pasta, wine and pizza — all great.

The portions were a little smaller than the itinerary suggested and we missed the granita stop, but the guide was lovely and the cannolo at the end was superb. A light introduction rather than a full feast.

Elena was passionate and the mafia history was fascinating and balanced — and the street food was genuinely delicious. Do it early in your stay and the rest of your trip makes more sense.

Come hungry and be a little adventurous — spleen sandwiches are on the menu. It was hot and busy, but our guide was clearly a Palermitan at heart and we saw parts of the city we'd otherwise miss.

The No Mafia walk was one of the most interesting and moving tours I've done — living history, told by people who are part of the movement, with a gelato stop and lunch along the way.

Emma was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. The cannoli from the convent were the highlight, and there was so much food I could not finish. Highly recommend when visiting Palermo.

A perfect first day in Palermo. Our chef made the cooking class fun and informative, the market walk was fascinating, and the food we made was delicious. Great for the whole family.
