What data this site does and doesn't collect.
Palermo Food Tours is a static informational website. We do not ask you to create an account, and no names, emails or payment details are collected on this site — unless you choose to email us, in which case we only use your message and address to reply to you.
Bookings happen elsewhere
When you click a "Book" or "Check availability" button, you leave this site for a booking platform — Viator or GetYourGuide. Any personal or payment information you enter is collected and handled by that platform under its own privacy policy, not ours. We never see your card details or booking data. We do receive a confirmation from the platform that a booking was referred by this site, so the commission can be attributed, but that record does not identify you to us.
Cookies
The booking platforms set their own affiliate-tracking cookies when you follow a link from this site, which is how a booking is credited to us. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. If this site later adds basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, this policy will be updated to say so before it does.
Your choices
