Palermo Food Tours is an independent affiliate website. When you book a tour through a link on this site, we earn a commission from the booking platform, at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly the same price you would pay going to the operator directly — the commission comes out of the platform's margin, not your pocket.

We work with two booking platforms: Viator (a Tripadvisor company) and GetYourGuide. Both are established, secure marketplaces that handle payment, confirmation, cancellation and customer service for the tours listed here. The "Book" and "Check availability" buttons on this site pass you to one of these platforms with our affiliate reference attached.

What the commission does and doesn't change

It does not change your price, and it does not change which tours we feature. Tours are chosen and ordered by their traveller rating and review volume on the booking platforms, not by which pays the most commission. Where a tour is non-refundable or has other conditions worth knowing, we say so on its card, whether or not that helps the sale.

Ratings, review counts, prices and inclusions shown on this site are the operators' own figures, taken from the live booking listings, and can change at any time. Always confirm the current price, availability and cancellation policy on the booking page before you pay.

Not an official operator

Palermo Food Tours is not a tour operator and is not affiliated with any government body, market or attraction in Palermo. We compile and compare tours run by independent operators. For anything relating to an existing booking, contact the operator or platform through your confirmation.
